Using the game
These Terms & Conditions apply to Shadow Devil: Trap Escape, provided by RookDevStudio. Use the game in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the game. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, obtain a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Contact: rookdevstudio@gmail.com.
Licence and ownership
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game. The game’s code, artwork, audio, branding and other materials remain owned by RookDevStudio or their respective rights holders. Do not redistribute or sell the game or extract its assets for reuse without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Gameplay and local progress
The game deliberately includes difficult traps and misleading obstacles. Progress and settings are stored locally. Clearing app data, uninstalling, device failure or changes to backups may remove progress. Cross-device synchronization and recovery of local-only saves are not guaranteed. Updates may change levels, difficulty, effects and device compatibility.
Optional rewarded ads
A rewarded ad offers a skip of the current room. The reward is granted only when the advertising SDK confirms that its reward requirements were met; the game advances after the ad is closed. Closing before earning a reward, an unavailable ad, or a loading or playback failure does not grant a skip. Ad duration varies and is not guaranteed to be 30 seconds. Ads depend on network connectivity and provider availability. Skipped rooms unlock progress but do not create a personal-best completion time. Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Acceptable use
Do not introduce malware, disrupt the game or related services, manipulate ad completion signals, generate fraudulent ad traffic, impersonate the studio, or violate another person’s rights. Do not bypass access restrictions except to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
Advertisements, Google Play, device speech services and external websites are provided by third parties and may have separate terms. RookDevStudio does not control third-party content or availability. Information processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, ad availability, compatibility with every device, or that all bugs will be eliminated. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.
Your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. RookDevStudio is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse, device failure or third-party outages to the extent such limitations are legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply where you live.
