RookDevStudio / Live Stream Now
Ready when you are.
Prepare your first live, find a recording, or get help with your connection.
Before you go live
- Choose camera or screen and approve Android permissions.
- Connect Google/YouTube to read an existing event, or add a secure RTMPS server and session stream key.
- Check live eligibility, event visibility and auto-start in your provider dashboard.
- Review preview, microphone, battery, temperature and free storage. Use stable internet and Do Not Disturb for screen sharing.
- Review Go live, then check the received picture and sound on another device. Stop studio when finished.
Find or remove recordings
Completed recordings are published to Gallery in Movies/LiveStreamNow; app-owned copies appear in Videos. If publication fails, keep the app copy and retry Gallery save or export. Export any recovery copy you need before uninstalling.
Delete Gallery copies, exported MP4s and backup JSON files separately. Disconnecting Google does not remove broadcasts saved by YouTube.
Data retention and deletionConnection and capture problems
If YouTube reports live streaming is not enabled, check Studio activation status. If Android refuses capture size, try a supported FPS and read the encoder error. Device support varies; make a short test recording before a long session.
Internal app audio is not captured. Check microphone permission, start-muted and your mic button if your voice is missing.
Contact the developer
Email rookdevstudio@gmail.com with your phone model, Android/app version, exact error and steps to reproduce it. Redact private screenshot content.
Never send your Google password, verification code, stream key, API key or camera pairing link. Support does not need these.
For data requests use the subject “Live Stream Now data request”. There is no separate RookDevStudio account to delete. Disconnect Google in the app or Google account connections.
