These terms apply to Live Stream Now, provided by RookDevStudio. Use the app only if you can accept these terms under applicable law. Read the Privacy Policy to understand information use. Contact rookdevstudio@gmail.com with questions.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in your recordings and broadcasts. You are responsible for having permission to capture, use and stream the content, music, games and people shown. Do not use the app for unlawful recording, harassment, infringement or bypassing protected content restrictions. Android or another app may block capture of protected screens.
Before and during a broadcast
Review the selected destination, event privacy, microphone, capture area and preview before starting. A connected encoder does not guarantee a public broadcast: your provider’s event settings and live eligibility also apply. You are responsible for ending sessions and reviewing the output at the destination. Use a private or unlisted test where the provider supports it before an important broadcast.
YouTube and other services
Live Stream Now uses YouTube API Services when you enable its YouTube features. By using those features, you agree to YouTube’s Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to Google services. Other providers impose their own terms, eligibility, account limits and charges. RookDevStudio is an independent developer and is not endorsed by Google, YouTube or other streaming platforms.
Keep access details private
Protect Google account access, stream keys, API keys and camera pairing links. Do not send them in support messages or publish them in screenshots. A Privacy shield changes the outgoing scene; it is not a guarantee against every device, network or third-party capture. Verify the received stream before relying on it for sensitive content.
Testing status and availability
The current app is an Android testing build. Device codecs, Android versions, permissions and network conditions affect recording and streaming. Features may change, fail or be unavailable; no promise is made that every game, device or provider works. Keep separate backups of important recordings. The current build does not offer paid subscriptions or an in-app payment service.
Use, responsibility and your rights
You may use the app for lawful personal or commercial content you are authorized to produce. Do not tamper with the app to steal access information or abuse another service. To the extent permitted by law, the app is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted broadcasting or recovery of unfinished recordings. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stopping use and updates
You can stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Revoke Google access and separately remove Gallery/exported copies as described in the Privacy Policy. Updated terms apply to later use after they are made available. Material changes will be identified in the updated date and relevant app or website information.
